Streight's Raid 2 of 3

Following the Battle of Day's Gap, Col. Streight continued east, stopping intermittently to repulse the pursuing Confederate forces. Streight's brigade burned a bridge near Gadsden to foil the Confederates' pursuit, but General Forrest enlisted the help of local teenager Emma Sansom, who showed him an alternative crossing.
